Correspondence was forwarded via email on Friday, May 26, 2023 at 5:04 p.m. (different time zone) from the out-of-state entity that has an interest in this Pennsylvania based Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility. Due to the observance of a holiday this information was not accessed until today May 30, 2023.
The nature of this processing focuses on a merger and a legal name change.
